WHAT THEY NEEDED
Ag Land FS has created their state-of-the-art retail facility over the last three years. Phase one was the liquid plant and they were looking for an automated solution to replace their manual operations. Phase two was adding the dry shed that was completed winter of 2020-21. When looking at the dry shed needs they had two goals: speed and flexibility to grow with their customers needs.

WHAT WE DESIGNED
Ted Dirks, Liquid Operator: “I appreciate the automation capabilities and the ease of the system.” Ag Land FS was looking for an automation solution that we delivered. We updated components on the liquid plant but the biggest impact was the automation and running the system from the office. Shann Lawson, the manager over the dry fertilizer plant shared “The automation capabilities make life easier and allow me to be more organized. The system is more than just a blender with the automation package.” We designed a layout with our Declining Weight Blend System that would grow with the Ag Land FS business. As new micros, powders and liquid additives come available they wanted to be able to easily adapt and add on or modify the blend system meet the farmers needs. They also wanted speed. Both needs were met when they chose the 300TPH Declining Weigh Blend System with AGI Fertilizer Systems.
