New Remote Support Offering to Help Ag Professionals During COVID-19 Crisis

In these challenging times farmers and ag service providers are performing an essential service. To help ag industry provide service continuity, AgriSync has announced an offering intended to help ag advisors support their customers remotely. As a communication platform designed to simplify and improve collaboration, AgriSync bridges the distance between advisors and producers through voice, text, and video allowing for the troubleshooting of issues remotely.

“COVID-19 has many ag advisors scrambling to figure out how to continue to support their customers while working remotely,” says AgriSync President, Casey Niemann. “In order to help, we have put together a program to enable new customers to use our service for a discounted rate through the remainder of the year.”

The special service allows a team of three advisors to use the AgriSync service for only $100 per month if they sign up before July 1. “We know that our country relies on farmers to produce a reliable food supply. Our hope is that this program allows experts to provide world class support remotely during planting season.”
