Direct Drive Rotary Blender | Adams Fertilizer Equipment

Adams Fertilizer Equipment has increased the selection of its Direct Drive Rotary Blenders by making them available in 8-, 10- and 13-ton (pictured) models. Standard features include a 10-gauge 304 stainless steel drum, 75 hp direct drive totally enclosed fan-cooled motor and a 304 stainless steel internal auger on all models. A key feature of Adams’ direct drive is its lighting blend/unload speed.

Low Profile Vertical Blender | Adams Fertilizer Equipment

Adams Fertilizer Equipment has several Low Profile Vertical Blenders to choose from. When height restriction is an issue or faster unloading (minimum 30-inch conveyor) is needed, the Adams Lo Pro is the blender of choice. The 13-ton unit (pictured) also comes in 8-, 10-, and 16- ton sizes. Standard features include 304 stainless steel frames and four-point load cells with large digital readout and clam gates.

Sackett H.I.M. Blend Towers are built for speed, blend quality, flexibility and durability. The H.I.M. Mixer, a batch blender, can thoroughly mix tons of fertilizer in seconds. Twin bomb-bay doors rapidly discharge, avoiding material segregation. The H.I.M. Mixer is gentler on newer ingredient technologies. It’s designed to be flexible enough to blend any size batch, mix liquid micronutrients, impregnate pesticides, and is ideal for coating nutrient stabilizers or enhanced efficiency products.
