Top 30 IRON WORKS Cartoons Of All Time

When CropLife IRON first started publishing more than a decade ago, long-time Publisher Al Strohmaier decided to start a cartoon series for the magazine detailing the lighter side of ag retail. Over the years, Al’s semi-warped take on all things ag have amused many readers issue after issue.

In mid-2014, Strohmaier retired from the business, and shortly thereafter so too did his cartoons (although you can still see “IRON WORKS CLASSIC” in every issue). As a tribute to Al’s great sense of humor and underappreciated artistic talent, we’ve compiled what we think are the best IRON WORKS comics of all time in the slideshow above. Enjoy!
