Exacto Announces Promotion Of Diana Braun To CEO

Exacto Inc., manufacturer of adjuvant technologies for wholesale and private label markets, is proud to announce the promotion of Diana Braun to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Building on her insight and experience as Chief Financial Officer before becoming President in 2002, Braun has guided the progressive technology company through volatile economic times while developing a network of strategic customer and supplier partnerships that has led the company to achieve exceptional growth.

“I am very proud of Diana for her leadership and what our team has accomplished,” says Exacto owner Kenneth Cox. “She has driven consistent growth, improved capital structure and transitioned the company’s business model in a stable fashion. These collective efforts have contributed to a significant increase in shareholder value and have brought about long term stability for the corporation.”

After maneuvering the company through more than a decade of continuous evolution and expansions in facilities, staff, research and production capacity, Braun has positioned Exacto to capitalize on past successes. This forward looking regiment has created a legacy of personal accountability that has established an infrastructure of opportunity for the future of Exacto.

“I am deeply blessed with this opportunity to lead Exacto into a new era where we will focus on the continued development of our people,” said Braun. “With initiatives such as Exacto YOUniversity, we will strive to help all those within our circle of influence to grow as individuals while coming together as teams that are working towards a unifying kingdom purpose of sustaining our valuable food, energy and water resources.”
