8700 Air Boom

The 8700 is a new air boom fertilizer applicator which now features a spread width of 72 feet, or 60 feet with 30-inch centers for inter-row application with drop tubes. The 8700 also features additional technologies including left/right section control, hydraulic boom suspension with manually controlled boom pitch adjustment, hydraulically folding break-away boom tips, a choice of 8- or 11-ton hoppers, and an additional secondary hopper with secondary metering for micronutrients.
