“We are excited to expand our client base and grow our presence in north-central and northwest Iowa. This acquisition allows us to continue to find ways to push the industry forward through revolutionary ag software, services, and expertise that helps clients grow their operations,” said Greg Reisz, Founder and President of E4 Crop Intelligence. “It has been great working with Labre Crop Consulting and company founder, Brent Johnson, through this process. Our two companies align very similarly since we are both independent, unbiased family-owned operations. We are ready to open the next chapter for our company.”

“It was important for me to partner with a company that strongly aligned with the same business model that I have run for years,” said Brent Johnson, Founder and President of Labre Crop Consulting. “The people at E4 are top-notch, and we have worked closely together over the years. My most important goal always was, and still is, the success of my customers. E4 is well-positioned to take care of those needs and has new technology coming that will fit the future needs well.”

Current Labre Crop Consulting customers will experience minimal interruption in their services and will now be able to take advantage of everything that E4 Crop Intelligence has to offer, from highly specialized soil sampling to data management and more.

Reisz continued, “We will continue to work with the same internal people at Labre Crop Consulting, and the E4 Crop Intelligence team looks forward to having boots on the ground in the new territory. With a larger presence in the state, we can enrich our data sets that better represent Iowa. Customers can leverage that new data in their operational decision-making processes.”

The company delivers truly unbiased, independent crop and farm management services to growers all across the U.S. Whether customers are corn growers in Iowa or industrial hemp manufacturers in Colorado, E4 Crop Intelligence remains dedicated to its clients, guiding them to make the best decisions possible through the best available data and insights.

Along with this acquisition, the company continues to innovate and expand its services to better serve its client’s needs. E4 is currently working on a new mobile application for its software platform, allowing growers to access their data on the go right in the palm of their hands. E4 will release more information about the app at a later date.
