Climate FieldView, Bayer’s flagship digital farming product, focuses on helping farmers and their trusted business partners work together through digital tools and use data to drive decisions. New FieldView capabilities and an ongoing commitment with Precision Planting to enhance user experience will benefit customers this crop season and in years to come.

Precision Planting recently announced Panorama, a new tool that will be beta tested during spring 2023 in the U.S. and Canada to provide farmers an unobstructed view of the data collected in their cab, from the platform of their choice. FieldView teams have been working closely with counterparts at Precision Planting to ensure FieldView customers can opt into cloud-to-cloud connectivity with Panorama once commercialized. The teams are also working to continuously improve existing connectivity between FieldView and 20|20 monitors.

“In addition to bringing new features and capabilities within FieldView, we’re partnered with Precision Planting to support customers and exceed their expectations with a best-in-class experience,” said Brandon Rinkenberger, Chief Customer Officer at Climate. “The current connection between Precision Planting’s 20|20 and our FieldView Cab app will remain the most comprehensive and connected in-cab solution for farmers, and the future API connection will make it easier for farmers to move data between our solutions, providing a better experience outside the cab.”
