The Pesticide Stewardship Alliance Elects 2025 Leaders

The Pesticide Stewardship Alliance (TPSA) recently elected the board of directors for 2025, including officers and four members to serve on the board.

Elected to serve as officers of TPSA for the 2025 year were: President Nicole Jansen, Corteva Agriscience; Vice President Rick Anderson, Bayer Crop Science; Secretary Dowen Jocson, Washington State University; Treasurer Wendy Sue Wheeler, Washington State University; and Immediate Past President Jennifer Thomasen, Bayer Crop Science.

Elected to the board of directors were Jimmy Hughes, Delaware Department of Agriculture, government representative; Bob Mann, National Association of Landscape Professionals, end user representative; Michelle Wiesbrook, University of Illinois PSEP, institution representative; and Melissa Rosch, Office of the Indiana State Chemist, as the at-large representative. Each will serve a two-year term.

Continuing to serve on the board are Brian Clark, Schuetz Container System, container management representative; Jack Ranney, Waste Options Southwest, LLC, waste management representative; Stephanie A. Smith, Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets, environment/public health representative; and Kerrie Ihnen, BASF, pesticide industry representative.

Serving as ex-officio members of the board are Thomas Lopiano, US EPA/Office of Pesticide Programs; and Bonnie McCarvel, TPSA Operations Manager.
