We sat down with one of our newest PACE Advisory Council members, Jim Fargo from Integrated Agribusiness Professionals, to hear his thoughts on the inaugural PACE Executive Forum — a new conference born out of CropLife Media Group’s longstanding PACE Initiative. For over 25 years, the PACE Advisory Council has been effective in breaking down silos among the many sectors of agriculture and ag input distribution by sharing challenges and opportunities, learning from one another, and developing strategies for future action.

CropLife: Hi Jim, can you take a moment to tell us a little bit about yourself?
Jim Fargo: I am the President of Integrated Agribusiness Professional. I’m Married to my High School Sweetheart and we are starting our 33rd year together. We moved to Fresno 4 years ago and we have enjoyed traveling around the State and learning about California. Our son and daughter live in Greeley, Colorado and we find ourselves in Colorado several times a year. I like to golf and fish when I find time, and my wife and I are active in our local church.
