John Deere
The John Deere 4940 Sprayer can be used with New Leader dry spinner spreader attachments. With up to 105-foot spread widths, the spreaders are capable of spreading 25% to 50% wider than most others on the market, says the company, covering more acres per day and increasing productivity. John Deere’s pressure- and flow-compensated hydraulics allow operators to maintain spinner speed throughout each pass, as well as maintain spread widths even when rpms are reduced. For multi-season use, the operator can convert from liquid to dry application in just a few hours.

Willmar Super 150
Nimble and quick, small yet productive, the Willmar SUPER 150 is designed specifically for orchard and vineyard applications, as well as for smaller pastures. Built with 409 stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, it features two 25-foot spinners that deliver a total spread of 50 feet using a 100% overlap pyramid-type pattern that reduces spread pattern variations due to wind and rough terrain. With optional orchard deflectors, two spinners deliver a 15-to 25-foot total spread width and are designed to place the bulk of the material at the center of the orchard rows.

Willmar Super 800
No job is too big for the durable, productive and accurate Willmar SUPER 800. A mechanically simple chain and gear conveyor system allows operators to control application rates in low or high ranges, from 311 to 1,033 pounds of material per acre. Two spinners create a total spread pattern of 80 or 100 feet, respectively, and using a 100% overlap, produce a pyramid-type pattern. A single spinner provides a 65-foot total spread pattern. The S-800 also offers quick, easy set-up, a front window providing a clear visual on the remaining product and lighting and reflective devices for additional road safety.

Designed to increase productivity and profitability, the Case IH 810 Flex-Air Applicator applies fertilizer, micronutrients and granular herbicides in an accurate, uniform pattern, regardless of product size, shape, or weight. Patented “field leveler” independent suspension booms mounted over the chassis’ center of gravity form a stable spreading platform even at higher field speeds, while co-ap bins and the liquid system are mounted externally to maintain full capacity of the main bin for more acres between fill-ups.

Designed to fit almost any floater chassis, the new FTLH-EXW has the same dependability, accuracy and reliability that Chandler spreaders have been known for nearly 44 years, with a new, cleaner design and wider spread patterns (90 feet for fertilizer, 60 feet for lime). The company says its field-proven dished type spinners with a new four-blade system give the FTLH-EXW an oval pattern that’s been the desirable pattern throughout the industry for many years. All Chandler spreaders are available with optional Raven Control systems.

The AT-FTLH EXW spreader features Chandler’s new Adjustable Track Axle, 380/90R-46 tires, and wider spread patterns (80 feet for fertilizer, 60 feet for lime). It has a capacity of 10 tons fertilizer and 12 tons lime, with application rates from 50 pounds per acre to over 800 pounds per acre of fertilizer — and from 500 pounds to over 4 tons per acre of lime. This rig is designed for over the crop application; its true adjustable track axle can be adjusted from a 72-inch track all the way out to a 120-inch track. This allows the grower to apply fertilizer on almost any row width. As with all Chandler spreaders, this unit is available with Variable Rate Control and is also available with ISO Ready.

GVM Double Duty Fusion Ready
The 11-ton (330 cu. ft.) GVM Double Duty Fusion Ready (DDFR) spreader offers a unique control system and the widest, most accurate spreading pattern in the industry, says GVM. Its guaranteed 90- to 105-foot spread pattern is made by a patented, reverse rotating spinner and the pre-adjusted funnel which forces material to fall directly onto the spinner disc, in the same location each time, to reduce spreader adjustments based on density. The DDFR is capable of spreading fertilizer, gypsum, lime, most litters and solid waste. It can spread up to three products with additional bins, features a 34-inch belt-over chain conveyor and is available in 304 or 409 painted stainless steel. The 11-ton DDFR is designed to be carried on the E325 and E370 GVM Prowler.

The L4000 series spreader rates range from 75 pounds of fertilizer per acre to over six tons of lime per acre, and spread widths can reach up to 90 feet. Hydraulics — PTO-driven from the transmission — supply power to both the conveyor and the dual 24-inch independently-driven spinners. The 14-foot models hold 300 cubic feet of material struck, and more heaped. The MultApplier attachment can be added so some models.
