CP High Volume Floater Turbo
The CP High Volume Floater Turbo Nozzles generate an even spectrum of large droplets with few driftable fines through a wide range of pressures. Each stainless steel deflector tip covers specific orifices for proper pattern, i.e., the smallest deflector tip covers the smallest two orifices, the middle tip the middle three, and the largest tips the largest three orifices. The 59-HV can produce 24 combinations of rates and droplet sizes.
CP 65T-S, CP Products
CP’s Sprayer Turbo Nozzles have 18 possible setting combinations and are specifically designed for drift control. They produce a tight spectrum of large droplets with few driftable fines. The inner dial has six numbered metering orifices, while the outer dial has three numbered deflector tips which control droplet spectrum. Applicators twist the first dial to the desired orifice and turn the second dial to the appropriate deflector tip. Any deflector tip may be used with any orifice. All versions have flat fan flow rates. The 65T-S won an ASAE 2005 AE50 Award for design innovation.

The IDK-Twin Flat Spray drift-reduction nozzle is designed to be used alone to provide excellent coverage in dense foliage. ISO color-coded nozzles have high-wearing ceramic cores that are removable for easy maintenance. They fit most bayonet cap and nozzle body systems, and have a working pressure range of 15 to 90 psi, yielding very coarse to medium droplet sizes with a very low drift potential.
TwinJet Twin Flat Spray Tips, TeeJet Technologies
The TurboJet TwinJet (TTJ60-VP) and Air Induction Turbo TwinJet (AITTJ60-VP, pictured) provide leading and trailing spray patterns that increase coverage while managing drift. The larger drops are resistant to drift, and the two patterns help operators put the chemical on target, even on difficult to manage grasses. These TwinJet tips are no longer considered specialty tips and are appealing to operations all over the world for pre-emerge and post-emerge applications in a variety of crops, including corn. The TTJ60-VP is a hydraulic spray tip with a broad operating range and good resistance to drift, while the AITTJ60-VP has even larger droplets and can be used for applications when conditions are even less ideal.
TK-VP FloodJet Spray Tips, TeeJet Technologies
The TK-VP FloodJet spray tips are the preferred choice for backpack, lawn and garden, and utility sprayers. The TK-VP tips are a cost-effective choice for basic flooding tip spraying applications and are compatible with all Quick TeeJet and threaded TeeJet nozzle body systems.
