Primero Herbicide OK’d

Your grower-customers have another new herbicide to add to their arsenal.

With its newest herbicide offering, Rotam North America, Inc. continues to commit to producing high quality sulfonylurea herbicides. EPA has approved registration of Primero postemergence herbicides, Rotam’s third product in the sulfonylurea class.

Primero contains nicosulfuron, the same active ingredient found in Accent. It can be used in all varieties of corn, including sweet, seed, field, and popcorn, and is especially effective in controlling escaped grasses.
