Fusion Skid Mixmate
Praxidyn
Praxidyn’s Mixmate now comes in a new Fusion Skid configuration. This system set-up is designed for large batches and can be converted for drone applications. The Fusion Skid comes equipped with the Mixmate Fusion Inductor, flowmeters, valves, pumps, plumbing, and wiring; all mounted on a stainless-steel skid to streamline installation. The unit features four inputs for bulk chemicals, with automated measurement and control of water. The Fusion Inductor handles jugs and dry products in seconds, measuring by weight for precision. Standard features include four bulk chemical inputs (with expansion options), three-inch water control, and the Fusion Inductor. -

SenseApply
Case IH
SenseApply technology is an economical and adaptable automated live variable rate application solution, designed to maximize the output of every input. SenseApply consists of a single cab-mounted camera system that offers multi-season uses for unmatched versatility and productivity without compromising quality or functionality. SenseApply technology is designed for simple and efficient applications at speeds of up to 25 mph, with the camera self-calibrating to the crop within the first 150 feet during Live VRA. The SenseApply camera – which is mounted on top of the cab to maximize field of view – senses plant biomass and responds accordingly, depending on the application type the operator selected. SenseApply also integrates with Case IH FieldOps and Raven Slingshot, enabling operators to connect and manage application data through their preferred platform. -

AirMax Precision F1/F2
Fendt/AGCO
Fendt/AGCO has made several upgrades to the AirMax Precision F1/F2 system, now available on the company’s TerraGator model numbers 8300C, 8400C, and 9300C. These include increasing the boom length from 70 feet on previous models to 90 feet, allowing the unit to cover more ground in fewer passes. This will allow custom applicators to cover up to 175 acres per hour at 18 mph. There are also two control chains – one left, one right – to help the system move product through the booms. -

XAG P150
Pegasus Robotics
The XAG P150 agricultural drone features a 18.5-gallon smart liquid tank and a 30.5-gallon granule container with changeover between the two being accomplished in as little as eight minutes. With a rated payload of 155 pounds, the unit is designed to apply liquids at a rate of 8 gallons per minute or granules at 150 pounds per minute at speeds up to 40 mph. -

AB230CD
Salford Group
The AB230CD is engineered to take advantage of the increased power profile of the Case IH Trident 5550 Dry Hi-Flow chassis. This new applicator pairs an 80-foot boom with a 225-cubic-foot triple bin hopper, allowing for the application of fertilizer and micronutrients at variable rates. Built using 409 stainless steel, the AB230CD also features a standard 10-inch fan and snorkel.

After reading about the qualifications of these five products, it’s up to you to decide which deserves the CropLife IRON Product of the Year honor. Once identified, the winning company will be presented with the Product of the Year trophy at one of this winter’s trade shows.
