Monsanto Petition To Deregulate Dicamba And Glufosinate-Tolerant Corn Now Available For Comment

The USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is making available for public comment a petition from the Monsanto Co. seeking deregulation for corn genetically engineered (GE) for resistance to the herbicides dicamba and glufosinate. The petition will be available for a 60-day public review and comment period upon publication in the Federal Register. Comments received on or before October 13, 2015, will be considered.
