H.J. Baker Expands Tiger-Sul Business

Agricultural firm H.J. Baker has created and filled two strategic positions in business development and sales within its Crop Performance Division. The division continues to grow at a rate that has enabled H.J. Baker to increase production capacity at all three of its Tiger-Sul manufacturing facilities in recent years. The announcement showcases the division’s strategy to continue to diversify and grow its business consistent with H. J. Baker’s long-term business goals.

Mark Hochgesang assumes the new role of Director of Business Development and Agency/Trading for the Crop Performance Division.  Hochgesang will focus on enhancing the division’s portfolio and helping manage its sales initiatives in Eastern Canada.

John Gladden takes on the newly created position of Director of U.S. Fertilizer Sales. The company recently combined its eastern and western U.S. sales representatives and Gladden will oversee the new structure.
