WHAT WE DESIGNED

One bay load out facility with eight 2,500-gallon chemical tanks going through a weigh pot to be injected into line and repack on a scale. Two 250,000-gallon field erected tanks in an earthen dike were existing (stored 32% and ATS)

WHAT WE DID

Constructed a 75-foot X 32-foot tall field erected tank w/internal bladder
Replumbed the existing two field erected tanks
Advertisement
- ATS is plumbed to the new load out building with SS and HDPE pipe and fittings
- 32% is plumbed to the new 1 million-gallon tank with SS and HDPE pipe and fittings. Existing 32% tank is used as extra storage and can transfer product to the new FET.
- Replumbed existing outside load pad with SS pipe & fittings
HDPE pipe & fittings installed to the new load out building for a future field erected tank
Three future HDPE load out lines installed for product offerings from a future outside dike
One future HDPE load in line from the building to the future outside dike is installed

- Now — Water, 32%, and ATS
- Future — Water, 32%, ATS, Future FET, three future 30K products

Four-Bay Building

Had concrete designed and engineered for the customer
Plumbed the facility using our own crews for labor
14 new chemical tanks (all 316SS)
All chemical piping is 316SS (flexibility for future chemical compatibility)

Chemical lines have inline meters which can be utilized for:
- “Hot Load” into all three main lines
- Repack of chemicals into totes

Independent top fill lines on all chemical tanks
Pipe chase and catwalk installed between chemical tanks for a clean and safe chem dike and safe access to the top of the chemical tanks
Bays #1 & #3 have a SS Venturi installed for dry products and hand adds
12-place mini bulk rack
- Plumbed to three SS weigh tanks
- One weigh tank to each load out bay

This facility was designed for speed and accuracy with the future in mind. Can load out in all three bays at once and still load In to the 1M FET.
