RIVER COUNTRY COOP > RANDOLPH, MN
Being in the industry for more than 30 years and having operated tower systems prior to this new facility, I can say that this new facility will outperform a tower system, hands down.
The reasons I prefer this system over the old one are:
1. Everything is under cover, so there are no moisture concerns.
2. Maintenance is easier because everything is on the ground.
3. It is safer for loader operators since they no longer have to get on and off the equipment to change the leg.
Overall, this system is far superior to the tower systems I have worked with in the past.”

“River Country Coop in Randolph, MN, had an existing building and tower system that they wanted to modernize and increase throughput on. They were also looking to eliminate the need for employees to climb the tower for routine maintenance. The challenge was to improve efficiency while staying within the existing footprint. Doyle developed a first-of-its-kind dual rotary inline system that fit within the available space and met the customer’s goals. By relocating the blending operation to ground level, the new system provided a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to a traditional tower while significantly improving accessibility for maintenance and operation.”
