SITE SPECIFIC TENDER
Adams Fertilizer Equipment’s two “Site Specific” truck-mounted tenders utilize a hydraulic drive, hydraulic fold side discharge auger with new adjustable height capabilities. Standard equipment, the 304 stainless steel auger extends from 7 to 17 feet. The tenders feature four compartments for material and rack and pinion gates.
SDT-MH 24 TENDER
The unique, one-piece folding design of the side discharge auger on Chandler’s SDT-MH 24 Tender — standard with 304 stainless steel auger and tube — gives a greater discharge height yet still allows users to load materials into planters and other low-profile implements.
24-TON TENDER
Made of 409 stainless steel hoppers and mild steel sub-frame, Willmar’s 24-Ton Tender’s high capacity 10-inch auger moves up to 2 tons of material per minute. Augers are available in 17- or 21-foot options. The tender also features a six-compartment hopper with steep, sloped sides to ensure quick and complete clean out.
8-TON NURSE BOX
Barber introduces its 8-Ton (280 cubic foot) 7’6″ x 10′ Nurse Box on a Triple Axle Trailer. The new trailer can handle two more tons than a dual axle trailer. One-piece folding side- or rear-discharge augers are available, and the box comes in 12-gauge mild (powder coated finish) or 304 stainless steel.
BFT SERIES TENDERS
Simonsen Industries’ BFT tenders are available in truck or trailer mount, with either side or top discharge capabilities. Unloading rates for the side auger go up to 4,000 pounds per minute, while the top auger reaches 3,500 pounds per minute. Compartments come in multiple sizes — splits in any or all are possible.
DRY TENDER TRUCK BED
Ray-Man, Inc. recently completed an order for a pair of 30-foot long dry tender truck beds mounted on a six-axle chassis for Landmark Agronomy, Juda, WI. The five-hopper, side discharge tenders hold 1,000 cubic feet of material and can scale up to 30 tons of payload. Fertilizer Dealer Supply of Milton, WI, was the distributor — and Ray-Man hails the new rigs as “The Biggest Truck Tender in the United States.”
16-TON SIDE-DISCHARGE TENDER
The latest model 16-ton Side Discharge Tender from Dempster has an auger that stretches 18 feet, allowing greater discharge height capability for equipment clearance and improved operator view of the single-unit, 10-inch unloading auger. Easy-access controls allow separate control of both the horizontal and side augers. The two-compartment (four optional) 600-cubic-foot hopper is made of 12-gauge 409 stainless steel and features 40-degree side walls.
SEED TITAN 4SE
The Seed Titan 4SE from Meridian Manufacturing Group can carry four bulk seed boxes — one to four varieties — each box with its own shut-off gate. Powered by a Honda gas engine, the cleated belt conveyor allows for greater volumes of seed at slower speed while preventing damage to the seed. Patented self-centering box guides keep each box in place.
24-TON TRAILER TENDER
Doyle’s 24-ton side discharge trailer tender features a new modular design. The unit has 40-degree sloped sides and can hold up to 56,355 pounds of material. It’s made of heavy 12-gauge 304 stainless steel and offers stainless steel gate slides, a rear-mounted ladder, and three compartments.
1612 TENDER
The 1612 Tender from Ag Systems is a 16-ton rear discharge unit that can hold 500 cubic feet of material. Its 20-foot auger can unload at a rate of 5,500 pounds per minute thanks to a hydraulic drive. Made of 409 stainless steel, it features a two-compartment hopper with an electric roll tarp.
25-TON AUGER TRAILER
KBH’s 25-ton tender is mounted on a 32-foot trailer that offers light and easy maneuverability. Made of 304 stainless steel, its hoppers hold three or four more tons than other 30-foot trailers, the company notes. The 12-gauge auger system (side discharge is an option) measures 10 inches in diameter. Hopper vibrators are a popular option.
NURSE TANK
Precision Tank & Equipment has introduced its largest unit yet, a 5,400-gallon nurse tank with multiple compartments. The comp-any can custom design and manufacture units in various sizes with a number of options, including single and multiple compartments, stainless steel skids and catwalks, and mild or stainless steel plumbing.
