John Deere | 4730
The 4730 sprayer is equipped with the company’s GreenStar Ready CommandView cab and SprayStar vehicle and rate control system to ensure easy and reliable operation. A GreenStar AutoTrac assisted steering system is also available. The unit is powered by a 245-hp turbo-charged PowerTech Plus 6.8-liter Tier II diesel engine.
Hagie Manufacturing | DTS8
The Hagie DTS8 comes equipped with an active air-ride suspension system. According to the company, this provides for a smooth ride at field speeds up to 14 mph. The unit features 73 inches of crop clearance.
Case IH | SPX3185 Patriot
The 3185 features a powerful 185-hp Case IH engine. Like its big brother sprayers, the unit can be equipped with the company’s optional active suspension and AIM Command system. Other features include four-wheel trailing-link suspension, self-centering booms, and a tough welded frame construction.
Equipment Technologies | Apache AS715
The AS715 features a smooth riding suspension, according to the company, along with a 750-gallon tank and a powerful 160-hp Cummins engine. The unit can achieve 48 inches of crop clearance and an adjustable axle width up to 144 inches for added stability on uneven terrain. The AS715 also comes with a 4-speed ITL PS 764 to accommodate increased power and fuel efficiency.
Hagie Manufacturing | DTS10
Hagie’s DTS10 is built with a 205-hp Cummins engine and features 73 inches of ground clearance. It features the company’s X-Drive hydrostatic system and rides on an air-ride suspension. The DTS10’s engine is mid-mounted to help push heat and noise behind the cab.
Miller-St. Nazianz | Condor
The Condor features a deluxe 90 Series cab with easy-to-use operator controls and improved visibility, according to the company. Standard cab features include heat/air conditioning with charcoal filtration, an air-suspended deluxe operator’s seat, and an auxiliary power outlet for additional electronics. The unit is powered by a Cummins QSB 6.7-liter engine capable of providing up to 240-hp, with a power bulge of 250-hp. Condors also come equipped with mechanical drive trains to lower operatng costs.
Spra-Coupe/AGCO Corp. | 4660
The Spra-Coupe 4660 features a Perkins 1104D engine capable of providing the unit with 125-hp of power as well as an Allison 2100RDS five-speed transmission. The 4660 has a double reduction chain drive and an adjustable wheel track ranging from 80- to 120-feet. The unit also can be equipped with a front-mounted hitch allowing for easy towing and true one man operation.
