“We are excited about the opportunity to be a leader in growing solutions for valley growers. Our combined activities make growing easier with an expanded offering of services and experts in the field,” stated CEO Tyler Bennett. “The merger allows us to bring together the most technologically qualified team of experts to maximize crop yields with less water. We will be armed with resources to exceed grower expectations, differentiate ourselves from the competition and keep as many acres in production as possible in a post-SGMA world.”

The merger is expected to become official January 1, 2020. Tyler Bennett and Greg Musson will act as Co-CEO’s of the newly formed GAR Bennett, LLC. The merger will provide Central Valley growers with full service solutions in: crop protection, nutrition, regulatory compliance, food safety, agronomy, integrated water systems, automated and remote monitoring irrigation systems, wastewater management, large-scale water systems and service programs for alfalfa, silage and gopher management.
