CHS hosted the Minnesota FFA for its annual FFA night at CHS Field. FFA students, educators and CHS leadership enjoyed a perfect evening of summer baseball.
The FFA organization strives to help young people develop strong leadership skills, experience personal growth and learn about career options through agricultural education. Members develop confidence and leadership skills that last a lifetime.
“Young people connect to the ag industry when they’re part of great organizations like FFA,” says Director Perry Meyer. “By joining the FFA for events like this one at CHS Field and continuing our support for their work, we hope to help the next generation see their future in agriculture and maybe even at CHS.”
The CHS Foundation is committed to cultivating the next generation of agriculture leaders through supportive partnerships that provide training and career development.
“We have so many talented young people in FFA whose families are owners in our cooperative system,” says Director Greg Krueger. “Our support allows the FFA to thrive in our hometown communities and continue their work building a strong foundation for our young people and the future of our industry.”
The CHS Foundation supports National FFA and 15 state FFA associations.
