Ceres Solutions Executives Share Insights on Strategy Execution in Ag Retail

Four C-suite professionals from Ceres Solutions recently took time to provide a behind-the-scenes look at operating one of the region’s largest, most successful farmer-owned cooperatives. In the Field Points podcast series on Leadership, the Ceres team took turns tackling the four strategic imperatives which drive decisions at the ag retail business, and offered insights designed to help listeners to build greater success.

For the four-week series, Field Points tapped 40-year veteran and CEO Jeff Troike, Chief Operating Officer Doug Brunt, Chief Financial Officer Scott Osborne, and Chief Marketing Officer Drew Garretson with each addressing a critical aspect of business. Under the direction of this team, and with the support of an active Board of Directors and engaged employee group, Ceres Solutions has enjoyed significant success in the market place, striving to deliver valued services to all customers and a high ROI to farmer-members who own the business.

“With varied backgrounds and professional experiences, each leader brings a slightly different perspective,” notes Field Points podcast host Morgan Seger. “It was an honor to be able to pull back the curtain to see what goes into making a successful cooperative and to be able to help share their stories with our listeners.”
