Hagie Doubles Plant

Self-propelled sprayer manufacturer Hagie Manufacturing Co. is in the process of doubling the size of its Clarion, IA-based production facility.

The 75,000-square-foot expansion, to be completed by early 2008, will effectively double the plant's size and allow for future growth by the company. The company has already added a second shift to keep pace with the increased demand for its products.

"This new addition will have higher sidewalls and more clearance, so that we as a company can grow into it as we need to if our business keeps growing," says Jim Williams, product marketing engineer for the company.
