By 1982, the centennial year for the McGregor operations, the company operated seventeen retail outlets in Washington and Idaho and had become the largest independent fertilizer company in the Pacific Northwest. Continuing our objective of slow but steady expansion and long term commitment, The McGregor Co. had expanded to serve 42 farm communities in the Inland Northwest.
