Nutrien Ag Solutions was looking to build a plant nutrition terminal to expand storage capacity and improve logistical efficiency with plant nutritional products. The company also wanted the ability to deliver custom nutritional blends to improve the return-on-investment of its growers in the field through 20 retail locations in its division.

WHAT WE DESIGNED
Using full-scale 3D rendering, FarmChem designed the KSi automated plant nutrition facility. The company provided the roadmap, competitive pricing, installation crews, and the industry-leading KSi AutoBulk Automation System to dispense plant nutritional products and fungicides via an indoor loading bay and a 24-hour outdoor loading bay for UAN and ATS products. Using KSi software products, this facility operates 12 indoor tanks, 10 mini bulk tanks, and 10 outdoor tanks. FarmChem also provided a state-of-the-art automated repack system.
