This is our challenge here at CropLife – to help our audiences in U.S. ag retail and beyond navigate this ever-changing market landscape. To help us meet this mission, we are currently looking for contributors to augment the work of our editorial team and submit original content to our website about the U.S. ag retail market. While this is an unpaid/volunteer offer, writing for CropLife.com is a great way to leverage your expertise to help our audience gain better insight into the market. We are hoping to find writers who can produce engaging articles on a regular basis. The setup is easy: simply send your articles to us by email to be published by our editorial staff.

What You Write:

The range of subjects our writers cover is varied as you can see by looking on CropLife.com. We encourage all of our writers to write about the subjects they are experts in, with the general rule being that the subject relates to crop inputs, application equipment, management, or precision agriculture. Opinion pieces are welcome, too. Talk about your passion and spread your message.

We are looking especially for contributors who are well-versed in these areas:

  • Crop Nutrition (e.g, fertilizer, micronutrients)
  • Crop Protection (e.g, disease control, weed control, insect control)
  • Seed/Biotech
  • Equipment (e.g., blenders, nozzles, sprayers, spreaders, tenders, software)
  • Management (e.g., employees, stewardship, legislation)
  • Precision Agriculture

Coverage of major industry conferences and trade shows (even virtual ones) around the U.S. and beyond is also greatly in demand.

The key in all cases is to leave our readers with “takeaways” – learnings or insights they can apply to their agribusinesses of advising their grower-customers, and/or providing them with the crop inputs and services they need to succeed.
