Phospholutions Expands Its Executive Team
Phospholutions Inc. has announced the appointment of Megan Lyman as its General Counsel to support the expansion of Phospholutions’ business and products portfolio.
With a distinguished background in intellectual property management for both start-ups and venture capital investment funds, Lyman brings a wealth of expertise to Phospholutions. Her extensive experience spans various stages of development within agriculture and life sciences sectors. In her role as General Counsel, Lyman will spearhead all legal affairs and serve as Corporate Secretary for Phospholutions, offering strategic counsel and ensuring adherence to regulations governing the company’s premier RhizoSorb technology platform.
Lyman holds a B.S. in Biology from Allegheny College, an M.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado, and a J.D. from Pepperdine University, in addition to being a former NSF NIH fellow. Prior to joining Phospholutions, she showcased remarkable leadership by providing strategic IP guidance to venture funds and companies in ag biotech.

Bert Frost joins a diverse board of accomplished leaders dedicated to propelling the State College-based startup into an industry-leading fertilizer company, offering technologies that optimize fertilizer efficiency, ensure grower profitability, and advance global phosphorus utilization through sustainable solutions.
