Stueve Construction Announces Leadership Transition
Stueve Construction LLC has announced the following leadership transitions.
After years of dedicated service, Reynold Franklin will retire as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the end of 2025. He will spend the remainder of 2025 transitioning from his current role. Reynold has accepted the role as Chairman of the Board for Stueve Construction, LLC starting Jan 1st, 2026, and will continue to guide the company’s growth going forward.

The company also announced the following leadership appointments:
- Jim Bishop will assume the role of CEO starting in January 2026 and will continue transitioning through the remainder of 2025. With over 35 years of experience in engineering and construction, Jim has been instrumental in leading the company’s projects and driving operational excellence over the last 4 years.
- John Muehring has accepted the position of Vice President of Operations, replacing Jim’s current role. John brings a wealth of experience in project execution within the Ag Industry, and we are excited to have him join our team and are confident that his expertise will be invaluable in overseeing our operational strategies.
