Stoltz Manufacturing Revamps Website for Agricultural Spreaders

Stoltz Manufacturing LLC, whose products include Stoltzfus Spreaders for lime, fertilizer, and bulk materials and Stoltz construction spreaders for soil stabilization, remediation, recycling and reclamation, has redesigned and enhanced its website.

Bernard Hershberger, owner and president of Stoltzfus Spreaders, said one of the biggest changes is a site that is now mobile friendly. “We wanted our customers to be able to more easily access and display information from our website on the jobsite, especially spreading rates and best practices for calibrating spreaders.”

“We also expanded our product literature downloads and demonstration videos showing spreaders in action and added more images to provide close-up detail on equipment features,” Hershberger said.

Overall, the new site, which is now active, has a clean, uncluttered design, better functionality and enhanced content. “We believe the upgrade will allow customers and visitors to have a very informative and user-friendly experience on our site as Stoltz continues to grow and increase market presence.”

Headquartered in Morgantown, PA, Stoltz is a pioneer in the design and manufacture of benchmark Stoltzfus Spreaders that made possible the application of inexpensive stockpiled (wet) lime. The company has supplied more than 5,000 Stoltzfus Spreaders to global agricultural markets over 70 years, longer than any independent spreader manufacturer in America.

Stoltz introduced its pneumatically loaded truck- and trailer-mounted Stoltz Site Spreader® line in 1995. These spreaders revolutionized the industry as construction companies were finally able to apply large quantities of lime, cement, fly ash, quicklime and similar materials accurately and with minimal dust.

All Stoltz standard and custom-designed products are made in the U.S.
