Case IH Nutri-Placer 950 Strip Tiller
The new Nutri-Placer 950 Strip Tiller comes in 20-, 30-, 50- and 60-foot model sizes and features a heavy-duty commercial grade frame design with up to five section field flex and seven section fold flex. It also features walking tandems throughout on the 60-foot model and has an all-new hitch design for easy hookup and extended life under tough conditions. This unit has Case IH’s exclusive mud-shedding sealers which offer better performance compared with traditional sealers, says the company.
Ag Systems Nitromaster 8500 Series
This workhorse features heavy duty 6 X 6-inch wall tubing — that can carry the heavy loads of coulters, spring bundles and disc sealers. Big, strong and flexible, the 8500 adapts to most row spacings and has heavy-duty walking tandem axles and a master/slave hydraulic lift system that provides uniform lift.
Thurston Manufacturing/BLU-JET Legacy
The Legacy is one of two latest applicators in the BLU-JET product line. With swath widths ranging from 35-feet (15R30) to 52.5-feet (21R30), this commercial class NH3 applicator fits nicely as the little brother to BLU-JET’s 62-foot swath width AT6020. Like the AT6020, the Legacy features a 6 X 6-inch mainframe, constant level mainframe adjustment, five-year frame warranty and the ability to configure multiple row spacings on the frame. The Legacy, however, features a choice of 385 or 295 truck tires on the mainframe for the ideal match of field flotation and transportability. New for 2012 is the side dressing tire package option.
Duo-Lift Manufacturing Co. LB-2200
The Low Boy (LB) 2200 wagon is designed to hold two 1,000-gallon anhydrous ammonia tanks for transport. The unit features optional spring lift assist and a heavy-duty extension tongue, along with double 5-inch steel channel tank supports. It also features a low 27-inch tank platform for easy access to the tank valves and great stability in the field and on the road. A rear axle track of 92 inches allows the LB-2200 to fit a 9-foot wide weigh scale. The front axle is designed to turn under the frame, making it very maneuverable and reducing frame stress. Hoses and valves can be easily routed through the gooseneck frame for safe use and storage. The front of the gooseneck is equipped with three 1¼-inch schedule 80 couplings to offer plenty of options to route plumbing, valves and hoses.
Kongskilde Industries Progressive Model 7200
The Progressive Model 7200 is a front-fold toolbar available in three sizes: 30-foot (12-row), 40-foot (16-row) and 60-foot (24-row). The front-fold feature allows for a narrower transport width than most vertical fold toolbars. It is built out of 7 X 7-inch tube for added strength. The 7200 can be used for pre-plant, sidedressing or strip-till using anhydrous, liquid, dry fertilizer or dual placement applications. Options include five styles of row units, disk sealers and row markers.
John Deere 2510H Nutrient Applicator
This 23-row unit provides good clearance around the wheels and frame for unimpeded operation/low soil disturbance, and utilizes a five-section flex-fold frame that allows the implement to hug field contours. The 2510H has a working width of 57.5-feet and a working speed of up to 10 mph to cover more ground in a shorter time — up to 59 acres an hour. It is larger than the high-speed nutrient applicator John Deere introduced in 2008, yet is compact for easier transport. It can be used in three seasons: for fall anhydrous work; for spring preplant fertilizer applications; and for summer sidedress products.

Dalton Ag Products DW Series
The DW Series toolbar features a front-to-back rank of 60 inches, the widest in the industry. Heavy construction with 6 -X 4-inch rectangular tube gives the strength needed in tough application environments. The DW can handle 15- to 36-inch row spacing, and its down-flex of 24 degrees on the wings allows the toolbar to travel over the roughest of terrain, keeping the fertilizer at a more even soil depth. Hydraulic folding wings fold-over 45 degrees for more road transport clearance. Options available include hydraulic gauge wheel walkers, single lift wheels and gauge wheels for side-dressing, Raven metering systems, ground driven pumps, manifold systems, disc sealers and coulters.
