Here’s a preview of some of the products and companies that will be on hand at MAGIE.

4940 | John Deere

4940 Sprayers feature Direct Injection Ready, giving operators the ability to maintain a clean solution tank, which makes it easier to change between crops, load faster and carry up to 235 gallons of extra product. To make spray applications more precise, the 120-ft. booms come in 11 independent sections, more than any other sprayer, that can be turned on and off manually or automatically with Swath Control Pro. Units come with boom widths from 90 to 120 feet and are equipped with GreenStar 3 2630 Display for the most advanced system control and field documentation. The John Deere 4940 Sprayer is powered by a 340-hp 9 Liter Interim Tier 4 PowerTech Plus Turbocharged engine with four-wheel hydrostatic drive that can make dry applications up to 25 mph (20 mph for liquid applications) and empty transport speeds of up 35 mph. In addition, the 1,200-gallon solution tank has been redesigned to shift more weight forward for improved front-to-back weight distribution, greater operational control and reduced compaction.

Mobility 800 | Dalton Ag Products

The Mobility 8 Ton Row Crop Dry Fertilizer Spreader features large capacity to give users more acres per fill. Lug-type tractor tires reduces compaction and side hill drift. Adjustable axle and 46-inch lug tires give users ground clearance of 40 inches under spinners and 47 inches under the frame.

Bucket Elevators | Ranco Fertiservice

Ranco Bucket Elevators are built to last. One of the reasons is the company’s 4-foot tall trunk sections. These provide strength and stability because of the reinforcing angle flange every four feet. Ranco’s redesigned boot section utilizes heavy-duty pillow block bearings and self-cleaning tail rollers. Removable side panels allow for easy removal of the entire tail roller assembly. Construction can be all 304 stainless steel or stainless steel framework with fiberglass casing. Capacities range from 70 to 1,000 tons per minute.

24 Ton Tender | Hays Liquid Transport

The Hays 24 Ton Tender features hydraulic-operated clean out doors, covered hydraulic lines and hoses and covered air tank and ABS system. The unit is made with all stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. The 24 Ton Tender has an empty trailer weight of 14,780 pounds, offering the chance for extra payload, says the company.

RoGator 1396 | AGCO

The new RoGator features a two-piece constructed drive system. This combines a hydraulic motor and a separate gear reduction hub to help the unit deliver more power to the ground, according to the company. The model also features multiple speed ranges to improve productivity.

Combo/Tender | Timpte Trailers

This multi-purpose grain hopper trailer features a removable auger system and fast unloading of up to 4,000 pounds per minute. The “Combo/Tender” hopper trailer is designed to move bulk fertilizer or seed quickly and efficiently, says the company.

STX10 | Hagie Manufacturing

The STX10 is designed with composite body panels covering the exterior of the machine. According to the company, this provides the unit with styling as well as directing air flow to the engine. This allows the STX10 to take air in through the top of the hood, preventing build-up of the trash that can reduce air flow.

8 Ft. Tender | Doyle Manufacturing Co.

Doyle’s new 8 FT Side Discharge Trailer Tender has a single 258-cubic-foot hopper, constructed of powder coated 409 stainless steel and mounted on a heavy duty frame. The frame is made of 2 inches x 6 inches mild steel tubing and has heavy duty corner bracing. The frame also has tandem 10,000-pound axles, with eight bolt hubs. The 304 stainless steel, flighted side discharge auger is hydraulically operated and comes standard. Doyle tenders use a free floating box mounting system, allowing units to navigate the toughest terrain and preventing hoppers from twisting or cracking.

M3-SA Trailer Tender | Adams Fertilizer

Adams has released the M3-SA, which features a new three-hopper module design. Each of the compartments carries 8 tons, with a total unit capacity of 775 cubic feet and rig length of 32 feet. Hoppers are made of 409 stainless steel with powdercoat paint — and offer large, easy-slide hydraulic doors. The tender has a 60 HP, air-cooled Deutz diesel engine and an easy-access mounted sealed electric control panel with push-button start and easy-read gauges.

S-3000 | Circle K Manufacturing Co.

The S-3000 accommodates Trinity’s 3,000-gallon NH3 tank. Featuring articulating rear axles, 4-wheel hydraulic surge brakes, extendable tongue, and super single semi tires, the S-3000 offers many advantages over twin 1,500 gallon tanks, says the company. Gauges and fill valves are easily reached from the ground, the frames are sand blasted, primed, and painted, and the 9-foot overall width easily fits scales.

Extralite 1000XL | Stahly

According to Stahly, its 800- to 1,200-gallon Extralites with mechanical drive systems are the lightest weight, 4-wheel-drive sprayers on the market. Designed to last 25 years-plus, when equipped with an 8-foot New Leader spreader, the machine becomes a preemergence/postemergence/dry applicator. Users can swap the machine from liquid to dry in under an hour.

Condor G Series | Miller-St. Nazianz

The Condor G Series Dry Box Spreader now features a New Leader G4 Dry Box. Built of 409 stainless steel, the box has a struck capacity of 255-cubic feet, or 8.29 tons at 65 pounds per cubic foot. There are two Condor models available in this dry box configuration — the 240-hp Condor G40 (when equipped with drop box final drives), and the 275-hp Condor G75.

Matrix Pro | TeeJet

Matrix Pro GPS guidance system featuring RealView Guidance Over Video is the only system available offering simultaneous display of guidance and live video. Matrix Pro supports up to eight cameras with single and split-screen viewing. Unique NextRow guidance mode allows the operator to select the correct set of rows when completing headland turns in row crops. Coverage mapping, two-way data transfer and Fieldware Link PC software makes data recording and storage simple. Matrix Pro is offered in two touchscreen models — 570G (5.7-inch display) and 840G (8.4-inch display).

AgriPROBE | GVM

The AgriPROBE is a professional soil sampling machine, allowing you to go from Probe2Prowler in 72 hours or less. Use GVM’s AgJunction to manage the entire sampling wirelessly, for quick and easy file transfers. The AgriPROBE allows users to provide more consistent, repeatable service and gain more acres in a day. Build on a Bobcat base, the machine can be used year round with over 40 different attachments and also pull a Veris rig.

Patriot 3330 | Case IH

The mid-sized Patriot 3330 sprayer, with its 1,000-gallon tank capacity, optimizes the sprayer’s weight distribution to minimize field compaction and rutting, according to the company. Rated at 250 hp, the Patriot 3330 sprayer can be equipped with either 90-, 100- or 120-foot booms and a complete offering of precision agriculture options, including Case IH’s exclusive AIM Command spray system.

Conventional Fertilizer Plant | Stueve Construction

Stueve Construction specializes in the construction of both conventional and barrel-design dry fertilizer storage facilities. The company’s conventional plant designs are not the cookie-cutter approach, giving customers building flexibility and the company’s barrel-design facilities are rodless bin technology and operationally efficient.

H.I.M. | The A.J. Sackett & Sons Co.

Sackett’s H.I.M. High Intensity Mixer offers the highest blend quality, least fertilizer degradation, best impregnation/micronutrient mixing, and fastest production times, says the company. Here’s how it works: The mixer is placed in a blend tower where a weigh hopper top loads it; after just 30 seconds of blending, twin bomb-bay doors open to discharge the entire batch in seconds.

System 350 | Topcon Positioning Systems

Topcon’s System 350 features the all-new X30 console with intuitive, multi-touch interface and simple, icon-based control. This versatile system is designed to improve farm management, increase efficiency and enhance machine capabilities. System 350 provides variable-rate, autosection control, accurate autosteering up to 2 cm and as-applied mapping. The X30 features a 12.1-inch multi-touchscreen, readable even in bright sunlight, operates in 24 languages and offers ISO Virtual Terminal (VT) functionality. Fully compatible with Topcon AES-25 electric steering.

L4000G4 | Highway Equipment/New Leader

New Leader will be displaying its L4000G4 combination fertilizer/lime spreader with its new MultiBin insert. The MultiBin transforms the single-bin spreader into three or four bins to reduce the number of trips across the field, fuel consumption, and soil compaction. The front hoppers dispense fertilizer products while the dual hoppers at the rear dispense micronutrients or seeding products.
