Patriot 4430 | Case IH
The Patriot 4430 sprayer features a 1,200-gallon tank and a 8.7-liter Case IH FPT engine which can achieve up to 365 hp. The unit also is designed with Selective Catalytic Reduction technology and meets Tier 4 emission standards. The Patriot 4430 comes equipped with the AutoFold Plus boom fold/unfold feature, which raises the booms out of the cradle and initiates the unfolding process using a single switch.
M3-SA | Adams Fertilizer Equipment
The Adams M3-SA trailer tender features three product hoppers made of 409 stainless steel. Each hopper can hold up to 8 tons of product, with a total unit capacity of 775 cubic feet and rig length of 32 feet. The tender comes equipped with a 60 hp Deutz air-cooled diesel engine and an easy-mounted sealed electric control panel with push-button start.
System 350 | Topcon Positioning Systems
Topcon’s System 350 features the all-new X30 console with intuitive, multi-touch interface and simple, icon-based control. This versatile system is designed to improve farm management, increase efficiency and enhance machine capabilities. System 350 provides variable-rate, autosection control, accurate autosteering up to 2 centimeters and as-applied mapping. The X30 features a 12.1-inch multi-touchscreen, readable even in bright sunlight, operates in 24 languages and offers ISO Virtual Terminal (VT) functionality. Fully compatible with Topcon AES-25 electric steering.
SX275 | Buhler Versatile
The SX275 sprayer is equipped with a Cummins QSB 6.7-liter engine capable of achieving up to 275 hp. Boom lengths up to 120 feet are available and the unit boasts 48 inches of crop clearance in operation. The product tank can hold 1,200 gallons.
AgriPROBE | GVM
The AgriPROBE allows users to perform soil samples in 72 hours or less, says the company. In operation, the Bobcat-mounted unit uses a silo vacuum system to deposit a soil sample into the vacuum chamber. The sample is then moved on an 8-inch conveyor to a bag located inside the cab. It can then be sent out to be tested.
LB 2200 | Duo Lift Manufacturing Co.
The Low Boy (LB) 2200 wagon is designed to hold up to two 1,000-gallon anhydrous ammonia tanks for transport. The unit features optional spring lift assist and a heavy-duty extension tongue, along with double 5-inch steel channel tank supports.
Apache 1220 | Equipment Technologies
The Apache 1220 sprayer comes equipped with a 1,200-gallon product tank and a 100-gallon rinse tank. The unit is built with a Cummins Tier III engine capable of achieving 215 hp at up to 35 mph in speed.
Seed Express 375RT | Meridian Manufacturing Group
Meridian’s Seed Express 375RT tender is designed for ag retailers who typically handle and transport seed in mini-bulk bags, seed boxes or from a bulk seed facility. The unit features the company’s advanced control system with hydraulic drive to adjust discharge height, pivot conveyor to the left or right, gate opening and the conveyor drive system. All these can be controlled via the unit’s wireless remote control.
Mobility 800 | Dalton Ag Products
The Mobility 8 Ton Row Crop Dry Fertilizer Spreader features large capacity to give users more acres per fill. Lug-type tractor tires reduces compaction and side hill drift. Adjustable axle and 46-inch lug tires give users ground clearance of 40 inches under spinners and 47 inches under the frame.
Big Shot Track Spreader | Doyle Equipment Manufacturing Co.
The Doyle Big Shot Track Spreader has a 346 cubic-foot capacity, meaning it will hold 12 tons of dry fertilizer, or more than 17 tons of lime. With a heavy-duty tubing frame and the dual-track assemblies, the unit offers low soil compaction, according to the company. The Big Shot can deliver a 60 foot spread with lime and up to 90 feet width on dry fertilizer.
S-3000 | Circle K Manufacturing Co.
The S-3000 accommodates Trinity’s 3,000-gallon NH3 tank. Featuring articulating rear axles, four-wheel hydraulic surge brakes, extendable tongue, and super single semi tires, the S-3000 offers many advantages over twin 1,500-gallon tanks, says the company. Gauges and fill valves are easily reached from the ground, the frames are sand blasted, primed and painted, and the 9-foot overall width easily fits scales.
Quickveyor | Peterson Motors Co.
The Quickveyor optimizes seed and fertilizer handling, according to the company. The all-in-one unit features an all-stainless steel conveyor system for maximum corrosion resistance and a stainless steel rear discharge tube for maximum strength. The Quickveyor has a hydraulic control panel and a discharge rate of up to 2.8 tons per minute. Standard features include sight windows and new Merritt Aluminum trailer. Options include electric roll tarp, vibrators, air-ride and up to four compartments.
24 Ton Tender | Hays Liquid Transport
The Hays 24 Ton Tender features hydraulic-operated clean out doors, covered hydraulic lines and hoses and covered air tank and ABS system. The unit is made with all stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. The 24 Ton Tender has an empty trailer weight of 14,780 pounds, offering the chance for extra payload, says the company.
TerraGators 2012 | AGCO Corp.
All 2012 models of the TerraGator, both TG7300 and TG8300, feature the company’s Continuously Variable Transmission and Tier 4 interim-compliant AGCO Power 8.4-liter diesel engine with e3 selective catalytic reduction technology. All models are equipped with load-sensing steering systems, which allow operators smooth steering without losing power, says the company.
STS16 | Hagie Manufacturing Co.
The STS16 features a 1,600-gallon product tank and 72 inches of ground clearance. It is designed with a 365 hp Cummins QSL 8.9-liter diesel engine and boom lengths up to 120 feet. As an option, the STS16 can include Hagie’s Side-fill, which can load at over 200 gallons of product per minute.
30 PPT-FT EXW Spreader | Chandler Equipment Co.
The 30 PPT-FT EXW Spreader has a capacity of 10 tons of fertilizer or 12 tons of lime. The unit features the company’s 16,000 torsion axles, floatation tires and a tandem pump system with 50-gallon hydraulic oil tank.
Fiberglass Tanks | Precision Tank & Equipment
Precision Tank & Equipment now offers fiberglass storage tanks from its new plant in Ligonier, IN. The plant’s two Magnum Venus Plastech winders with CNC controls allow production of fiberglass tanks with a helical (crisscross) pattern for superior strength and durability. According to the company, the final gel coat exterior has the best resistance to ultraviolet light and will last the entire tank life. Sizes range from 12,000 to 30,000 gallons.
Quick-Nut SST | Wilger
Thin wall stainless steel tube (SST) boom sections are designed specifically for sprayers and ready to assemble, with formed ends and punched nozzle body inlet hoses. They are similar in weight to PVC pipe, but more rigid so they don’t sag, says the company. The tube has the same outside diameter as 1-inch schedule 40 pipe and fits 1-inch wet boom nozzle bodies.
L4000G4 | Highway Equipment/New Leader
New Leader L4000G4 combination fertilizer/lime spreader features a MultiBin insert. The MultiBin transforms the single-bin spreader into three or four bins to reduce the number of trips across the field, fuel consumption, and soil compaction. The front hoppers dispense fertilizer products while the dual hoppers at the rear dispense micronutrients or seeding products.
RoGators 2012 | AGCO Corp.
The RoGator models RG900, RG1100 and RG1300 are powered by a drivetrain system and a Tier 4 interim-compliant AGCO Power 8.4-liter diesel engine with e3 selective catalytic reduction technology. The units features 150-gallon fuel tanks and a new longitudinal A suspension that allows for sharper turns and minimizes the amount of motion transmitted to the cab. The new RoGators offer seven speed ranges and are capable of speeds of up to 36 mph.
Charger II Tenders | Ray-Man
Charger II tenders offer a choice of discharge style options: side, overhead with a 270-degree rotation or multi-use belt. The truck mount boxes, using a tandem hydraulic system powered from the tractor chassis, are custom built from 12 feet to 24 feet with up to six individual hopper bins. The semi-trailers, built from 30 feet to 42 feet with up to seven individual hopper bins, can be powered by a wet kit on the user’s truck or a self-contained Cummins power unit on the trailer.
Condor G-Series | Miller-St. Nazianz
The Miller Condor G-Series sprayers use only on average of three to five gallons of diesel per hour of field use, according to the company. The 240 hp Condor G40 and 275 hp Condor G75 are available with a wide range of completing options, including 1,000- and 1,200-gallon tanks, booms from 90- to 120-foot wide, the Miller exclusive Spray-Air air boom technology and SmartDrive on-demand front wheel assist.
E-Series Prowler | GVM
The new Prowler series feature electronic monitoring system displays, showing machine diagnostics and gauges on a simple touchscreen. The E370 model Prowler offers a 370 hp engine and a Funk 10-speed transmission. It boast 32 inches of crop clearance, 11 ton dry and 1,800-gallon liquid capacities, an Air
Ride cab with a larger windshield and a new Variable Coil Spring Suspension.
Model 8670 | Mid-State Tank Co.
The Model 8670 tank features round double conical construction for complete drainage. It is designed with stainless steel sills its full length. Model 8670 tanks are available with one, two or three compartments, with sizes ranges from 1,200 to 3,200 gallons.
Spra-Coupe 7460 | AGCO Corp.
The Spra-Coupe 7460 comes equipped with a 6.6-liter Perkins 1106D electronically-controlled diesel engine that produces 174 hp at 2,500 rpm and a Caterpillar PG 115 electronic powershift transmission. The unit is available with either a 725-gallon poly or 660-gallon stainless steel product tank.
4940 | John Deere
4940 sprayers feature Direct Injection Ready, giving operators the ability to maintain a clean solution tank, which makes it easier to change between crops, load faster and carry up to 235 gallons of extra product. To make spray applications more precise, the 120-foot booms come in 11 independent sections, more than any other sprayer, that can be turned on and off manually or automatically with Swath Control Pro. Units come with boom widths from 90 to 120 feet and are equipped with GreenStar 3 2630 Display. The unit is powered by a 340 hp 9-liter Interim Tier 4 PowerTech Plus Turbocharged engine with four-wheel hydrostatic drive that can make dry applications up to 25 mph (20 mph for liquid applications) and empty transport speeds of up 35 mph. In addition, the 1,200-gallon solution tank has been redesigned to shift more weight forward for improved front-to-back weight distribution, greater operational control and reduced compaction.
