Users can transition between fertilizer and lime with the dual purpose FLX1224 Field Loader. According to the company, the lime hopper easily disassembles and converts for low-profile loading of dry fertilizer. FLX1224 units are made from 304 stainless steel and feature Brehmer’s patent pending, self-aligning belt system that tightens and centers the conveyor belt as the machine is being used. The unit also features a 24-foot-wide crescent top belt, a 25-degree incline, and has a 14-foot clearance under the top drive pulley.

Its section fertilizer swath control is built for commercial use — simple, durable, and easy to maintain, says the company. The high-capacity SS400+ floater model holds 420 cubic-feet of fertilizer or 320 cubic-feet of lime, reducing fill stops. An optional bin insert enables dual-product application with split configurations of 202/175 cubic-feet or 255/122 cubic-feet. The unit is compatible with current John Deere and Case IH floater chassis.

RealCoverage’s on-board artificial intelligence processes these images to provide instant feedback for in-cab adjustments, ensuring operators are getting the most out of every spray. Ultimately, all of the data is uploaded to AgZen’s RealPerformance platform for a deeper analysis and more out-of-cab recommendations for better results.

At the MAGIE 2026 show, Equipment Technologies, makers of the Apache line of self-propelled sprayers, gave attendees a look at a larger prototype model. Called the AS 1660, this unit features a 1,600-gallon product tank, 50 inches of crop clearance, and boom options ranging from 90 to 132 feet. The AS 1660 will also come equipped with the company’s all-new cab design. This features 9% larger cab volume, 6% more headroom, and twice the exterior lighting for safer road travel and nighttime operations, says the company. The Apache AS 1660 is scheduled for a general market release during the summer of 2027.

A major theme at this year’s event was precision application. Case IH’s Patriot 50 Series sprayer, for example, combines the company’s familiar cab-forward, rear-engine design with advanced technology, including SenseApply and Selective Spray capabilities. These features are designed to help operators improve application efficiency while targeting inputs more precisely.
New Leader’s NL7 Series fertilizer spreaders also put precision and ease of operation in the spotlight. Built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the fertilizer-only spreaders offer spread widths of up to 120 feet. The series includes single-, dual-, and triple-bin configurations, giving retailers options for handling different nutrient products and application needs.
Versatility was another standout at MAGIE. Brehmer Manufacturing’s FLX1224 Combination Field Loader is designed to transition between fertilizer and lime applications. Its stainless-steel construction and self-aligning conveyor belt system are aimed at reducing maintenance while keeping material moving efficiently.
For bulk material handling, Peterson Motors’ Quickveyor offered another example of equipment built around productivity. Available in 38-, 40-, and 50-foot configurations, the conveyor can unload more than 26.5 tons of fertilizer or seed at speeds exceeding 6,200 pounds per minute, helping operations keep field equipment supplied.
Showstopping technology was also evident in Amazone’s ZG-TS spreaders, which feature 128-part-width section control, online weighing and automatic adjustments for changing product characteristics and field conditions. Radar-based technology further helps optimize spreading performance.
Meanwhile, Wilger’s Combo-Jet DX Series spot-spraying nozzles reflect the growing focus on targeted application. Available in multiple spray angles and sizes, the nozzles are designed to balance drift reduction with coverage for spot- and crop-adapted spraying systems.
Together, these products illustrate the breadth of innovation on display at MAGIE 2026 — from smarter application technology and precision nutrient management to high-capacity material handling and more versatile equipment.
