The Trident 5550 is designed from the ground up to be changed from liquid to dry and back again, for three seasons of use, so you can cover more acres for timely and flexible multi-season product application. The Trident 5550 liquid system features either a 1,400- or 1,600-gallon tank, while the New Leader NL4500T G4 Edge or NL5000 G5 variable rate dry nutrient applicator bin holds up to 330 cubic feet of product. A longer run time between refills means more time in the field and more acres in the books every day, says the company. 

Doyle Equipment Manufacturing
The 24 Ton Direct Drive Rotary Blender is one of the largest rotary blenders in the market. The unit features high-capacity discharge for loading tender trailers. It also includes a standard 28-inch diameter stainless steel internal mixing auger. The blender is powered by a 125-hp motor. 

Fendt AGCO 
The Fendt Rogator 900 Series applicator features adjustable clearance. The new applicator is the latest solution from Fendt created to meet the evolving crop production needs of today’s farmers. With the push of a button, the two new H (high-clearance) models automatically raise from standard to high clearance of up to 76 inches in less than 45 seconds for critical late-season dry or liquid application and less disturbance of tall crops. After application, the applicators just as quickly return to standard clearance of 56 to 60 inches, depending on model for superior stability on the road. Changing between the liquid system and a dry spinner or pneumatic system takes less than two hours: Unhook two or four hydraulic connections, remove the on-board system from the chassis and replace it with the one needed for the next job. The hydraulic pump for all systems stays on the chassis. The Fendt Rogator 900 Series has five models: RG932, RG934, RG934H, RG937, and RG937H, ranging from 315- to 365-hp. The RG932 and RG934, with 70-inch-diameter tires, have 56-inch standard clearance; the RG937 has 80-inch tires and 60-inch standard clearance. The two high-clearance, dual-position chassis models, RG934H and RG937H, change to clearance heights of 72 inches and 76 inches, respectively. 

GVM

Hagie Manufacturing
The Hagie STS16 self-propelled sprayer is the largest, highest capacity machine in the STS line-up, with the capability to perform all full-season application needs. The STS16 has a 1,600-gallon solution capacity, packaged together in a well-balanced machine design, featuring 72 inches of clearance, a 375-hp John Deere engine, an application-specific cab, and boom widths ranging from 90 feet to 132 feet. There are special considerations made for front-to-rear weight split, tight turning radius, narrow crop package, and expanded capabilities for fertilizer application. It incorporates the latest in John Deere precision ag technology, including JDLink Connect, a John Deere Gen 4 4640 Universal Display, and John Deere Rate Controller 2000. 

Hays LTI 
The Hays 24-Ton Tender is manufactured in Camilla, GA, and is designed around specific customer needs, says the company. Both the 24-ton two- and three-compartment tenders also feature the well-known “Hays Standards,” including greater hopper slope and lower trailer weight. 

Heartland Ag Systems
The VPA 1000 Tender will offer the same industry-leading safety features as the company’s MT Series. However, these units will be designed with the company’s patent-pending ability to unload on both sides of the tender at speeds of up to 5,800 pounds per minute. The design of this unit also allows for storage of the auger on either side of the vehicle.

Horsch 
The Horsch LEEB VL self-propelled sprayer comes in three different model types – the 5.300 VL, the 6.300 VL, and the 8.300 VL. Designed with either polyethylene or stainless steel product tanks, the units have tank sizes ranging from 1,320 to 2,113 gallons, with boom lengths between 100 and 133 feet. Built with a Tier V 408 cubic-inch, six-cylinder FPT engine, the units are capable of 310-hp. Horsch LEEB VL sprayers are equipped with a pneumatically spring-loaded chassis, which the company claims guarantees a stable road and field handling at high speeds. 

John Deere
All 400 and 600 Series Sprayers feature a John Deere PowerTech Engine and the fuel-saving CommandDrive powertrain. The 408R features an 800-gallon tank and a 280-hp PowerTech 6.8-L engine. The 410R is equipped with a 1,000-gallon tank and a 310-hp PowerTech 9-L engine. The 412R comes with a 1,200-gallon tank and is powered by a 326-hp PowerTech 9-L engine. The 612R features a 1,200-gallon tank and a 355-hp PowerTech 9-L engine. The largest model is the 616R equipped with a 1,600-gallon tank and a 375-hp PowerTech engine. All 400 and 600 Series Sprayers can be equipped with 90-, 100-, or 120-foot steel booms, or 120- or 132-foot carbon-fiber spray booms.

This 32-foot three compartment side discharge dry tender features a capacity of 900 cubic feet while maintaining a low center of gravity and steep hopper slopes. Standard features include an easy to unbolt stainless steel tubing hopper frame and hoppers, stainless two-piece motor couplers, stainless bearings, shafts and flighting, stainless lightweight hopper grates, hydraulic hopper vibrators, hydraulic hopper and clean-out doors, auger pressure check, water fitting for discharge auger wash-out, stainless front and rear fenders, Tier 4 diesel engines, central lube station, and spring assist tarps. Options include split hoppers, electric tarps, wet kit set-up, longer custom trailer lengths, and extra fixed and/or air lift tag axles. 

Miller-St. Nazianz 
Miller’s Nitro 7000 Series front boom sprayers are built to exceed the demanding requirements of today’s commercial applicators and growers, says the company. They feature very quiet sprayer-built cabs, up to 78 inches of crop clearance, and exceptional visibility. Technology is also at the top of the list with AutoFold Booms, IntelliHeight XRT boom height control, IntelliSpray nozzle control, and telematics. Units feature boom sizes up to 135 feet and tanks sizes up to 1,600 gallons. 

New Holland
Guardian front boom sprayers are designed for full-season application and operator comfort for optimum production capabilities. Features include crop clearance up to 78 inches, AutoFold booms, IntelliHeight XRT boom height control, IntelliSpray nozzle control system, IntelliSteer at headlands, data management systems, and AutoRinse. Ultraquiet sprayer specific cabs and very smooth ride all add up to making the long days easier and feel a little shorter, says the company. For 2023, Guardian sprayers will incorporate precision technologies from Raven Industries. This includes the Slingshot and IntelliSpray II. The data generated from these features can be collected, streamlined, and aggregated by Raven’s Connected Workflow system. 

New Leader
The spinner assembly that started it all. The L4000G4 was the first broadcast spinner to allow operators the ability to spread material up to 90 feet in up to 25 MPH winds, all while maintaining a consistent and accurate spread pattern. The G4 spinner technology has been field tested and proven for years, revolutionizing the broadcast spinner spreader industry. Its multi-purpose, multi-season spreading capabilities at higher rates and faster speeds quickly positioned this spreader and New Leader as industry leaders.

Norwood Sales 
The SST933 integrated Stainless Steel D.O.T. Uni-Body Trailer is constructed of 304 stainless steel, allowing for lighter trailer weights and higher payloads. It’s designed with a capacity of 933 cubic feet (struck) of transport storage, with outputs of 7,000 pounds per minute. Poke holes are standard on all hoppers. A 12X30-foot 18-inch stainless steel belt conveyor provides for extra reach, and the rubber belt has a 210 ton-per-hour capacity. 

Oxbo
Oxbo 7650/7550 sprayers have multiple options, including choice of 1,200 or 1,600 gallons, 90- to 120-foot Millennium booms, and walking beam chassis suspension. A direct-injection system is available, with up to four tanks, and a choice of Ag Leader, John Deere, or Raven precision systems. Full-time, four-wheel drive and all-wheel steer keeps operators going in the muddiest conditions. The unit features the highest crop clearance in the industry (77 inches), a Scania DC09 engine, and manufacturer-direct support, says the company.   

Peterson Motors 
Peterson Motors will be showcasing the all new Quickveyor 38’ Tender Conveyor Trailer-QVP38'. Utilizing the Prestige 38’ trailer, the QVP38’s standard features include two compartments, air ride suspension, stainless steel fenders, four aluminum rims, and the Quickveyor all-stainless steel belt driven conveyor system. Offload your fertilizer or seed at speeds over 6,200 pounds per minute cleanly and safely. QVP38’s controls are simple and easy to operate, says the company. Full remote makes emptying the trailer into a seeder or spreader a breeze. The new aluminum outlet spout creates a clean targeted flow. Other custom options include multiple compartments, four-way swinging discharge chute, self-contained pony motor, flexible extension tube, Shurco power tarp and traps, pintle, clean-out doors, full frontal mudflaps, and more.

Praxidyn
Mixmate automates chemical mixing and recordkeeping. Mixmate inductors measure dry and jugs by weight and pre-calibrated flowmeters are used for bulk products. Recalibration for different products is not needed. Users can process jugs in 12 seconds. The unit features a high flow rinsing system for dry products. Operators can measure, mix, record, and load the sprayer in approximately five minutes, says the company. Mixmate is unique and economical with a compact footprint. The unit is stationary, mobile, and legal for trade options.

Precision Tank
Precision Tank supplies innovative liquid storage solutions with a full range of tanks and construction services, including stainless and mild steel tanks. Stainless steel tanks – from nurse tanks to Bulk N-Serve Tanks – are constructed to withstand the rigors of daily use with a range of optional equipment for custom configurations, says the company. Mild steel tanks are fabricated from low carbon, mild steel, and produced in either flat- or cone-bottom configurations. 

Ray-Man
