Jenner Ag Achieves Case IH Pinnacle Dealer Status
Jenner Ag has been named a Case IH Pinnacle Dealer, with its Application Service Department reaching Pinnacle Dealer status for the sixth consecutive year.
The Case IH Pinnacle Program represents the highest level of excellence in the Case IH dealer network, assessing six key areas: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, and AFS (Advanced Farming Systems). Jenner Ag is one of only 36 dealers in North America who share this accomplishment, out of the 656 participating dealers. This is the highest number of participating dealers in the history of the program.
To achieve Pinnacle status, dealerships must deliver best-in-class service experience in today’s constantly changing agriculture landscape. “It shows customers we’re dedicated to training and excellence in service,” says Service Director Jeff Reeter.
The Pinnacle achievement calls attention to dealers that are meeting and exceeding benchmarks while driving highly competitive, customer-centric dealer-level improvements. “Achieving Pinnacle status is something we are quite proud of; this recognition sets us apart as we excel in not just one but all areas of dealer compliance, showing customers the elite level of knowledge, service and after-sales support we can provide,” says Steve Jones, CEO of Jenner Ag.
