IFCA: Midwest AG Industries Exhibition (MAGIE) Offers ‘Something for Everyone’

For over 40 years, the Midwest AG Industries Exhibition (MAGIE) Show has connected ag retailers from across the nation with leading agricultural companies. With over 70 exhibitors, there is no better place to engage with the latest fertilizer and chemical products and their specialists, who developed, tested, and designed them. Whether you are looking to innovate with the latest fertilizer and chemical technology, learn from industry experts, or share your business legacy with others, the MAGIE Show has something for everyone.

The MAGIE Show allows attendees to experience and enjoy a traditional show that embraces everything that is both time-honored and new. The MAGIE Show provides a unique “hands-on” opportunity to test drive the latest agricultural equipment, also referred to as the “Ride and Drive” demonstration. This allows attendees to test drive self-propelled applicators and spreaders and is designed to improve the services provided by agricultural retailers. This provides the opportunity to visit directly with experts from companies who are always striving to improve equipment and services that continually advance the agricultural industry. The MAGIE Show is the only show in the country that affords this type of experience. Another major highlight of the show is the latest ag technology that is on display in many vendor booths with either live demonstrations or direct interactions with the newest equipment.

Again, this year, the Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA) will present the “Custom Applicator of the Year Award” at the tailgate party on Wednesday afternoon. In the State of Illinois, custom applicators spend endless hours in the field every year applying fertilizer and pesticides on thousands of acres. IFCA is pleased to announce a showcase award to honor and recognize those individuals who work hard in and out of the field and put forth a positive attitude in caring not only for the crops, but also for their customers. IFCA feels there are outstanding custom applicators who deserve a “thank you” from all of those involved in the agriculture industry.
