Ace Pump Corporation Announces Passing of Bobby Robinson, Jr.

It is with profound sadness that Ace Pump Corporation announces the sudden passing of its Sales Manager, Bobby Robinson, Jr. on Monday, April 6th at the age of 42.

“Bobby was an integral part of the Ace Pump family for 17 years and will be sorely missed,” noted Andy Randle, CEO of Ace Pump. “He was more than just a co-worker to the Ace Pump team and a trusted source of knowledge to our customers. Please join us in praying for his family during this incredibly difficult time.”

Born on April 9, 1983, in Hawaii, Bobby was a man of quiet strength, loyalty, and deep connection to those he loved. He carried those values throughout his life, building meaningful relationships and leaving a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Bobby spent much of his life in the Memphis area, having lived in Cordova, TN before making his home in Arlington, TN, where he resided at the time of his passing.

He was the beloved son of Dorothy and Bobby Robinson, and a devoted brother to his older sister. Bobby is survived by his loving life partner, Trupti Patel, and his cherished son, Luke Robinson, who were the center of his world.

Bobby’s early years were shaped by his dedication to scouting, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was a proud member of the Order of the Arrow. The friendships he built during that time, along with those formed in high school and later in college, remained a steady and supportive presence throughout his life.

He pursued his passion for learning and problem-solving through his education, earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Memphis and later a master’s degree from Christian Brothers University, where he also formed lasting friendships that continued throughout his life.

Bobby built a career with Ace Pumps, where his work allowed him to travel and experience different parts of the world, including Argentina, Germany, Italy, and across the United States. These experiences reflected both his dedication to his work and his appreciation for expanding his horizons.

Bobby will be remembered for his steady presence, his loyalty to those he loved, and the deep bonds he maintained throughout his life. His legacy lives on in his family, his friendships, and the many lives he touched along the way.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Bobby’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
