Source Dynamics Names Pat Menagh New President

Source Dynamics LLC has named Pat Menagh as President and CEO of the company, including its wholly owned subsidiary Solera LLC, effective January 1, 2019.

Menagh is no stranger to agriculture. Raised in California’s Central Valley, he grew up working on his father’s farm where he gained a great appreciation for the hard work, skill, and business acumen it takes to be a farmer. After graduating high school, Menagh attended Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo where he received a degree in Crop Science and began to pursue a career in agriculture.

Over the past 27 years, Menagh has gained a vast amount of experience working in both the supply and retail segments within the agriculture industry, most recently in his role as President of Integrated Agribusiness Professionals (IAP) in Fresno, CA. As President of IAP, he managed operations, as well as the ag chemical business for its 32 independent ag retail owners across the U.S. As a result of Menagh’s leadership, IAP continues to thrive and grow as one of the leading retail cooperatives in the U.S.

Menagh currently resides in Clovis, CA, with his wife Debbie and two children Emily and Garrett, and will continue to remain there as he steps into his new role. “Pat and his family are excited to join the Source Dynamics/Solera team and look forward to leading the organization to future growth and mutual success for both the company and our customers,” says Rufus Bastian, owner of Source Dynamics/Solera.
