Ohio agriculture industry representatives have the chance to attend a wide range of breakout sessions at the 2016 Ohio AgriBusiness Association Industry Conference focusing on production, perspectives and performance February 3-4
at the Columbus Marriott Northwest.
The three themes were chosen to help attendees improve in their area of expertise, expand awareness of various viewpoints on a number of issues and increase the effectiveness of Ohio agribusinesses. Sessions include custom application, weather risk, delivery markets, seed treatment, and more. The Ohio State University, Syngenta, The Andersons, Inc., Dow AgroScience, and the Ohio EPA are just a few of the organizations that will be presenting breakout sessions.
“There’s something for everyone through the conference breakout sessions,” said Chris Henney, OABA president and CEO. “Attendees can make the conference their own by choosing sessions that best fit their interests.”
Continuing education units (CEUs) are available for both Certified Crop Advisers and state licensed pesticide applicators that attend the conference. In addition to the daily breakout sessions, the conference features large general sessions, an exhibitor showcase, the Industry Networking Reception & Dinner and the OABA Annual Meeting.
All-inclusive registration for the event includes admission to both days of educational programming and all meals, including the Industry Networking Reception & Dinner and the OABA Annual Meeting. Registration fees are as follows:
