Nufarm Opens State-of-the-Art Crop Protection Manufacturing Facility in Greenville, MS
The facility will support Nufarm’s expanding portfolio and give customers reliable access to high-quality crop protection products.
Nufarm Americas Inc. hosted nearly 200 guests, including Mississippi officials and channel partners from across the region, at the Grand Opening of its manufacturing facility on October 23.
The event featured tours of the 104,500-square-foot operation and presentations by Nufarm CEO Greg Hunt as well as the Mississippi Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson and Governor Phil Bryant. The proceedings underscored the value of Nufarm’s presence to the Delta region and the broader agricultural landscape.
“The opening of the Greenville plant is a milestone for Nufarm’s business. It broadens our manufacturing footprint beyond our facilities in Chicago to a true North American based platform,” said Nufarm CEO Greg Hunt. “This is a facility where we can work more closely with our distribution partners to service the needs of farmers.”
