ARA Remembers Ford B. West

The Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) family was saddened to learn of the recent passing of Ford B. West.

Ford made connections with ARA and the ag retail industry through a 34-year career at the helm of The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) and the close partnership between the organizations. Always a professional, Ford held himself and those around him to high standards.

He left a lasting impression on the fertilizer and ag retail industry and his legacy will continue to live on through the Ford B. West Center for Responsible Agriculture, a training center in Owensboro, KY, named in recognition of his leading role in the formation of ResponsibleAg.
