NeuAG’s 30-acre site is incredible with a 70,000 ton AMS Storage Building, 67,500 sq. ft. Bagging Warehouse, 34,000 ton NPK Storage Building, a maintenance building, a processing building, ladder track rail siding for 100 car capacity, and truck check-in and out buildings and scales. (Photo credit: Daniel Bedell)The scale of the 70,000 ton AMS storage building is quite impressive with the NeuAG tower overlooking the site from 158 ft. high.The truck receiving for the AMS building runs 24/7 where the raw material is screened into three grades of product.From the screeners, the three grades of product are moved to the storage bins on one of four conveyors in the oversized headhouse.The AMS storage building has open product storage bins for quick and easy access to their bulk loadout systems to get product out by both truck and rail.The AMS storage building has loadout capabilities to both a covered two-lane truck building and a rail building.This is one of the bagging lines in the Bagging Warehouse for AMS turf, and consumer products that are packaged into finished bags ranging from 10 to 51 lbs and bulk bags ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 lbs.The Bagging Warehouse is a 67,500 sq. ft. tilt-wall building that houses two climate-controlled bagging areas, storage, offices, a product testing lab and loadout docks.The Bagging Warehouse has six van truck loadout docks along with one covered flatbed loading area.The NPK storage building has a complex spiderweb of conveyors, catwalks and platforms connecting it to both the Bagging Warehouse and inbound rail.The NPK storage building has a dual sided catwalk in the headhouse to safely access the conveyor and tripper equipment for maintenance.The NPK building has 34,000 tons of storage in 8 micro bins and 6 macro bins.
