Adjuvant Company AgraSyst Announces Management Changes After Passing of Founder Scott Parrish

Innovative marketer, manufacturer and discovery company focused on spray adjuvants, Logan-based AgraSyst Inc., has announced new company management after the June 2022 death of founder and president Scott Parrish.

Scott’s family members are taking major roles in the company, with son Cade Parrish now serving as president, and nephew Chase Boman in charge of operations.

Crop protection industry veteran Dr. Rick Beardmore joins the organization as vice president, with heavy focus on sales, marketing and development. Since creating UniPro Solutions, he has founded and managed several new companies. Beardmore brings experience from his work at United Agri-Products, Makhteshim Agan and Agriliance.

“I worked with Dr. Parrish during some formative periods of AgraSyst, so I am honored to help carry on the work of his company’s vision in conjunction with other Parrish family members involved in the business,” Beardmore said.

AgraSyst’s mission is to: Design, Engineer, Discover, Develop and Market the best and most convenient agricultural spray adjuvants. The company’s sales are currently focused on western and midwestern states, but also looks to quickly expand into national and international markets.

Over the years, AgraSyst has developed multiple proprietary spray adjuvant products engineered for superior performance and simplicity, starting with LoadOut and progressing to FullLoad Complete and GlyLoad™, as well as other new products.

“We are proud to carry on the work of Scott and look forward to putting Beardmore’s decades of experience and expertise to work in growing our company,” said Cade Parrish.
