WHAT THEY NEEDED
A new state-of-the-art liquid fertilizer, crop protection and seed treating facility designed to service a 30- to 40-mile radius around Syracuse, NE, with the goal of expanding that radius within the next 10 years. In addition to having a fast and efficient site, this facility needed to become a hub area to serve smaller nearby facilities built over the last 30 to 40 years.

WHAT WE DESIGNED
Using full-scale 3D rendering, FarmChem designed one of largest KSi automated bulk liquid fertilizer and crop protection product facilities in the nation, as well as a quality, precise, easy-to-use seed facility. They provided the roadmap, competitive pricing, installation crews, and industry leading bulk liquid, crop protection product, and seed automation systems. Using KSi software products, this facility operates 12 stainless steel tanks, eight fertilizer tanks, two mixing tanks and a seed treating site.
