Nutrient Technologies, a De Sangosse Group company that specializes in advanced plant nutrition products, has named Dr. Charles Grove its Senior Research and Formulation Chemist and Tom Gerecke its Product Development Manager.
Dr. Grove boasts more than 10 years of diversified chemistry knowledge, including formulation work with conventional and organic fertilizer products. He will use his agricultural experience and chemical expertise to drive product introductions.
Dr. Grove received his B.S. in chemistry from Fresno State and his PhD in organic chemistry from U.C. Davis. The addition of Dr. Grove to the team continues to show Nutrient Technologies’ commitment to the development of high-performance fertilizer and biostimulant products, the company said.
“Nutrient Technologies is excited to have someone with the experience, expertise, and breadth of knowledge Charles has leading our formulation development,” Dan Skoczylas, Director of Sales and Marketing, said. “Charles will have an immediate impact by helping to develop new and novel products that incorporate advanced materials or innovative chemistries to benefit growers’ production and support their goals of sustainability and profitability.”
Gerecke possesses more than 35 years of expertise in areas of agronomy and agronomic research in many crops in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Nutrient Technologies, he held various agronomy research positions with companies such as Actagro and Nutrien.
