NovaSource, the crop protection business unit of Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI), announces several promotions and role changes among its staff that reflect continuing growth and the creation of a new Office of North American Operations.
Bob Gestring has accepted the position of Director of Sales, North America and Kyle Coleman has accepted a promotion to the role of Marketing Director, North America.
These changes are part of the company creating an Office of North American Operations. In addition to Gestring and Coleman leading North American operations, NovaSource veteran Donnie Wadsworth will focus his efforts with North American strategic accounts.
Mike DeRiso, Vice President of Marketing and Development, will devote his efforts toward global product management strategies, acquisitions and other growth opportunities for the company.
“The continuing growth of our business is driving the expansion of staff in North America,” said David Cassidy, Group Vice President for NovaSource. “We’re committed to staffing the business with seasoned professionals who can both manage our growth and deliver the high quality products and service our customers have come to expect,” he added.
Gestring has served as a Regional Manager for Canada, and midwestern and northeastern areas in the U.S. as a member of the NovaSource team since 2007. He had previous crop protection experience in roles with Monsanto, Novartis and Albaugh, Inc. Coleman joined NovaSource in 2011 as a Regional Manager and Product Manager in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to working for NovaSource, he served in a variety of roles at Amvac Chemical Corporation and Dow AgroSciences. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in business from Utah State University.
The company plans to fill the Regional Manager positions vacated by Gestring and Coleman.
