Control drift and change both droplet sizes and rates with CP’s floater turbo nozzles. They produce 24 possible set-ups by changing an 8-orifice plate and one with three stainless steel tips. The flood nozzles come in two volume sizes. The low volume version has 8 orifices equivalent to #2.5 through #30 flood tips. The high volume version has eight orifices equivalent to #5 to #60 flood tips. Droplet sizes range from coarse to extremely coarse. Learn more >>

Drift control, droplet size control, rate control and outstanding versatility characterize CP’s line of sprayer turbo nozzles. Nozzles have six orifices on one plate and three tips on another, permitting 18 combinations of rates and droplet sizes. There are three versions of the nozzles, equivalent to flat fan tips of 1.5-6 (low volume), 3-10 (mid-volume) and 10-33 (high volume). Learn more >>

Ideal for fertilizer applications, this accessory tip fits all three volume versions of CP’s sprayer turbo nozzles. At 14 mph/40 psi, it yields rates from 3.2 gpa to 23.3 gpa, depending on which volume nozzle is being used. Sprayer turbo versions have 18 possible combinations of rates and droplet sizes. The SprayMax DualFan nozzle is an excellent option for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) spray systems where maximize efficacy with fungicides and other coverage critical products is desired. The SprayMax DualFan can be alternated on the boom to spray the target four times in one pass. Learn more >>

The new D version of the TurboDrop DualFan nozzle provides maximum drift control in a dual fan pattern that can be alternated on the spray boom to spray the target four times in one pass. With Very Coarse to Extremely Coarse droplets, coverage can be enhanced by impacting the plant or weed from multiple angles. Learn more >>

The new D version of the TurboDrop XL nozzle provides a coarser droplet spectrum for maximum drift control with dicamba, 2,4-D and glyphosate formulations. The XL-D utilizes a slightly larger pattern tip to create Very Coarse to Extremely Coarse droplets while avoiding the Ultra Coarse category which might compromise efficacy. Learn more >>

Hypro’s GuardianAIR Twin (GAT) spray tips are ideal for high-coverage application of post-emerge plant health protectants. The GuardianAIR Twin’s engineered spray pattern provides better coverage with more drops per gallon compared to other air-induced twin sprays. Learn more >>

Hypro’s Hi-Flow (HF) spray tips are ideal for pre-emerge application of fertilizers or incorporate with herbicide for burndown spraying. The Hi-Flow’s 140-degree wide tapered fan pattern provides unmatched uniformity across the spray boom. Its large droplets reduce the risk of drift out of the target site or on equipment. Learn more >>

Hypro’s Ultra Lo-Drift (ULD) spray tips are ideal for pre- and post-emerge application of herbicides where drift control is crucial. Designed to eliminate driftable droplets without sacrificing coverage, the ULD’s wide, 3-dimensional pattern creates multiple angles for the spray to cover the target. Learn more >>

Lechler introduces the ID3 series, representing the third generation of our full-range air induction nozzle. Features includes tool-less injector cleaning and a sturdy sidewall design. The nozzles deliver Extremely Low drift potential across the entire performance range, from 30 to 120 psi — with a 120-degree spray angle. They are available in sizes 01 through 08, polyacetal or ceramic materials. Learn more >>

The IDKT Twin Fan Compact Air Induction Nozzle is a 120-degree spray pattern nozzle with 30-degree forward and backward spray streams. Made of polyacetal or ceramic materials, it offers Very Low drift potential in the 15 to 90 psi performance range. It has a removable injector for easy cleaning. Learn more >>

Lechler introduces the SC nozzle, a one-piece, ISO color coded flat fan nozzle. It is available in 025, 03, 04, and 05 sizes. It’s made of polyacetal material and produces 110-degree and 80-degree spray angles, in the 30 to 75 psi performance range. Learn more >>

The AI3070 air induction asymmetric dual flat spray tip utilizes a patented design and unique spray pattern arrangement to optimize spray coverage on the grain head of cereal crops for improved disease control when applying fungicides. According to TeeJet, air induction technology helps to reduce drift while still offering good surface coverage. Learn more >>

The Turbo TeeJet Induction (TTI) is an air induction flat spray tip that offers a wide operating pressure range of 15 to 100 psi while producing Ultra Coarse (UC) and Extremely Coarse (XC) droplets. This tip is ideal for minimizing off-target movement of a wide range of chemicals including glyphosate, 2,4-D and dicamba. Learn more >>

The Turbo TwinJet (TTJ60) is a twin flat spray tip that produces mid-range droplet sizes for improved canopy penetration and coverage in row crops. It is ideal for application of both fungicides and contact herbicides (such as glufosinate) where thorough coverage is critical. It features a compact design, wide operating pressure and excellent spray pattern uniformity. Learn more >>
