No job is too big for the durable, productive and accurate Willmar SUPER 800. A mechanically simple chain and gear conveyor system allows operators to control application rates in low or high ranges, from 311 to 1,033 pounds of material per acre. Two spinners create a total spread pattern of 80 or 100 feet, respectively, and using a 100% overlap, produce a pyramid-type pattern. A single spinner provides a 65-foot total spread pattern. The S-800 also offers quick, easy set-up, a front window providing a clear visual on the remaining product and lighting and reflective devices for additional road safety. Learn more >>
The FL3024 features the fewest moving and better quality parts to equal less maintenance. It features an extra heavy-duty belt over chain, the largest conveyor drive gearbox in the industry, in-cab electronic control of spinner speed with feedback and is very operator-friendly. The product’s unique spinner hub eliminates all problems associated with changing disc or hub, and the hub seal is designed to last for the life of the machine with proper maintenance. Learn more >>
With BBI’s patented multi-bin technology, the MagnaSpread3 Pull-Type features three hoppers guided by independent variable-rate technology, offering users the most sophisticated multi-nutrient application on the market. The stainless steel and carbon-based unit is totally primed with a rust-inhibiting alkyd primer and then top-coated with high gloss enamel. The unit features BBI’s Binary Hydraulic Manifold System, which combines the hydraulic controls for the conveyor and spinners into one control manifold. Learn more >>
Optimized for precision farming, the Triad delivers smarter yields and higher margins with targeted application of nutrients from its three-hopper system. It gets the right amount of material to the plants that need it while reducing waste along the way. Available in pull-type and truck-mount models, the Triad features independent, variable-rate control with on-the-fly mixing of dry material, saving producers time and money. It comes standard-equipped with BBI’s exclusive Binary Manifold, an ISOBUS connection platform that harnesses the machine’s hydraulic power to an array of precision agriculture technology offerings in the market. Designed to increase productivity and profitability, the Case IH 810 Flex-Air Applicator applies fertilizer, micronutrients and granular herbicides in an accurate, uniform pattern, regardless of product size, shape or weight. Patented “field leveler” independent suspension booms mounted over the chassis’ center of gravity form a stable spreading platform even at higher field speeds, while co-ap bins and the liquid system are mounted externally to maintain full capacity of the main bin for more acres between fill-ups. The 40 PTT-FT-EXW is the latest in the EXW line and has the same dependability, accuracy and reliability that Chandler spreaders have been known for over the past 40 years. Features include a new Walking Beam Tandem Axle, floatation tires and wider spread patterns. Designed for the applicator who is not yet ready to step up to a big self-propelled floatation machine but needs something bigger than the average pull-type spreader. Learn more >>
GVM’s TranSpread achieves a 90 ft. flat pattern due to rear-adjustable center deflectors and air foil splash guards, and the unique spinner design throws material further than any other pull-type spreader. TranSpread is available in two sizes, with and without variable-rate spreading capabilities, to suit every field and every operation. The unit is composed of 12 gauge, 304 stainless steel and features both a low profile for easy loading and a low center of gravity for spreading on uneven terrain. Learn more >>
GVM’s Double Duty spreader line (pull-type pictured here) offers unique control systems and the widest, most accurate spreading pattern in the industry, regardless of varying terrain. The Double Duty’s wide and accurate spread pattern is due to its patented, reverse rotating spinners and the pre-adjusted funnel, which forces material to fall directly onto the spinner disc. The Double Duty offers a guaranteed 90- to 105-foot spread pattern at a less than 15% coefficient of variation with granular fertilizer. Learn more >>
The John Deere 4940 Sprayer can be used with New Leader dry spinner spreader attachments. With up to 105-foot spread widths, the spreaders are capable of spreading 25% to 50% wider than most others on the market, covering more acres per day and increasing productivity. John Deere’s pressure- and flow-compensated hydraulics allow operators to maintain spinner speed throughout each pass, as well as maintain spread widths even when rpms are reduced. For multi-season use, the operator can convert from liquid to dry application in just a few hours. Learn more >>
The Atlas 3654 spreader boasts tremendous power to the ground, delivering the Cummins QSL 8.9-L engine’s 375 hp efficiently through the Allison 6-speed automatic transmission to the double reduction Axletech axle with outboard planetary hubs and 2-speed axle ratio. Atlas is able to accommodate a 14-foot dry spreader box while the frame rails and heavy duty axles are rated to carry a liquid application system with tanks of up to 2,000 gallons of 32% liquid nitrogen.
