Renee’s professional experience covers more than two decades of national and international digital and print content development, editing and journalism. She received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and continued her education with master’s level courses in business administration and behavioral analysis. Renee has served as a board member for several Arizona-based non-profits and government commissions.

Eric Sfiligoj began working at Meister Media Worldwide in 2000. Eric is a graduate of Cleveland State University and started out working for a beverage trade magazine in 1987. Sfiligoj currently serves as a board member for the Mid America CropLife Association and was the recipient of the Ruth White Media Award in 2007.

Matt originally joined Meister Media Worldwide in 1994 as an editor for Greenhouse Grower® magazine before transitioning to Business Manager of its MeisterPro division. He has a communications degree from Cleveland State University.

Eric Davis is the Managing Director of Meister Media Worldwide’s AgriBusiness Division. He joined Meister Media in 1999 and has traveled extensively around the world, connecting with farmers, distributors, and manufacturers of crop inputs and technology. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College and a Master of Arts from Kent State University.

Rick Welder is the Group Commercial Lead at CropLife Media Group and Cotton Grower, where he oversees business operations and growth strategies for both media brands. He is co-chair of the communications committee for Biological Products Industry Alliance, and a trustee for the Northeast Region of the Ohio Farm Bureau. Rick is based out of Northeast Ohio where he taps maple trees each winter.
